Marcel Roux, Mr. SA 2024 heads to Mr. Universe International 2025.

The Mr South Africa organization surprised its titleholder with the Mister Universe title with the help of its partners at S&S Aesthetics. Marcel, the reigning Mr South Africa was lead to believe he will be visiting Dr Saumya Gautam, a long term brand partner of the Mr South Africa organization, for treatment of a cosmetic injury, when in actuality, he was there to receive the title of Mr Universe South Africa.

Heading to Panama with a Mission

In October 2025, Marcel will head to Panama to compete in the second edition of Mister Universe International, representing not only his country but the aspirations of millions of South Africans. His platform: motivating young people worldwide to persevere, lead with compassion, and embrace their potential, regardless of background or circumstance
